While in a Web conference, click InviteParticipants in the Meeting
menu. A dialog box open that enables you to send e-mail invitations for
this conference.
Click Invite
Participants from the Meeting menu. The invitation dialog
box opens.
Type the e-mail address of the
person you want to invite in the E-mail Address box. If you invite
more than one person, press ENTER
after each e-mail address. box.
Click Send
Invitation. The participants are invited to the current
Web conference.
