All the participants in the
conference are selected by default when you use the File Transfer
feature. Clear the check box next to the name of an participant
if you do not
want him or her to access the file or folder.
Select a file or folder on your
computer. Drag and drop it below the Participant icon. The Transfer
Files dialog appears.
Click Start
to begin the file transfer. A dialog box opens on the participants'
computers that allows them to select a location and save the file
or folder.
After a file transfer starts, one of
these status messages appears:
nKbps: Shows how much
data is in transfer.
Pending:
The attendee has not
saved the file.
Cancel:
The attendee did not
save the file and has cancelled the request to browse to a
folder.
Complete:
The file transfer has completed.
Click Done,
and then close the File Transfer window only after the file transfer
is complete.
NOTE:
If you close the File Transfer window when the status is Pending,
it will not
allow those participants to download the file.
