About the MiCollab Microsoft Outlook Plugin

You can perform Audio, Web and Video Conferencing activities from your Outlook calendar after you install the MiCollab Microsoft Outlook Plugin. The following features are supported:

• Schedule Conference

• Standing Meeting

• Join Meeting

• Modify Conference

• Delete Conference

• Save Logs

Conditions

The MiCollab Microsoft Outlook Plugin is supported:

• for MiCollab Release 7.3 and later.

• on Outlook Client 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019 for Windows.

• on Outlook Client 2013 and 2016 for Windows on Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop version 7.11 and later.

• on Outlook Client 2013 and 2016 on RDS 2016 and later.

• on Outlook Client 2013 and 2016 on VMware Horizon View 7.4 and later.

 NOTE: The MiCollab Microsoft Outlook Plugin is not supported on Office 365 Web Mail.

 NOTE: The plugin is not supported on Outlook for mobile application. If the user changes the meeting settings from Outlook for mobile interfaces, MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing will not be updated.

 NOTE: Windows administrator rights is required to install the plugin.
